Center 360 is a grassroots non-profit organization that provides a holistic approach to career development. Our aim is to empower middle school students who are at-risk of disengaging from school by providing them with life skills training, personal development, and career enrichment activities. We create a safe space where youth can learn self-awareness and resilience, develop academic persistence, and be exposed to career opportunities in the fields of Music, Arts, Athletics, and Technology.

Center 360 serves youth in grades 5 - 8, as the middle school age represents a critical time before a youth transitions to being a young adult. Once a student enters high school but has lost interest in education, they develop a history of classroom disturbances and poor academic skills, and it takes a tremendous proactive effort to assist a student in redirecting their lives.  Center 360 has found that providing a youth with a safe place that has programs and individuals that care and are consistent in their lives, can serve as a powerful reinforcement of positive behavior.
