About the Program
Wellness 360: Building Healthy Minds, Strong Bodies & Bright Futures is an interactive wellness experience created specifically for middle school students in grades 6–8. Youth will explore practical ways to manage stress, navigate peer pressure, make healthy choices, and build confidence for their future, all while having fun and connecting with their peers and caring adults.
What to expect:
🧘 Reset & Recharge — breathing, mindfulness, and calming movement
🛑 Pressure Proof — peer pressure, healthy friendships, and substance use prevention
💪 Move, Fuel & Recharge — movement, nutrition, hydration, and healthy habits
